Promotion Terms of Service

Any promotion, giveaway, discounted service (“the Promotion(s)”) offered by an individual branch of JAE, in whatever medium, will be on the following terms:

All Promotions are only open to residents of New Zealand aged at least 18 years.
Information on how to enter the relevant Promotion, including any instructions in JAE branch advertisements, printed material, social media or websites will form part of the terms and conditions for the relevant Promotion. To the extent of any inconsistency in the information in any advertisements, printed material or websites, these standard promotion terms and conditions will prevail.
The Promotion may not be claimed in conjunction with any other offer, unless specifically agreed to in writing by the branch offering the Promotion
The Promotion offered will be satisfied by the advertising JAE branch(es) only, and in the related territory of that JAE branch, unless otherwise specified.
Promotional pricing is not applicable for existing job bookings (unless agreed to by the branch concerned). If payment is required, then the service must be paid for in full as per our usual terms and conditions of payment, as viewable on our website.
The Promotion is for a limited time only (dates will be advertised) and are subject to availability. If no date is written, the offer will be for one month from the first date of publication of the Promotion.
The branch offering the Promotion reserves the right to end the sale or offer at any time, without prior notification or advertisement.
Promotion pricing applies to the specified services only. These services will be outlined in the advertised Promotion. All other services and products listed on any JAE brochures or websites or via radio, social media, or other promotional material are excluded from the Promotion being redeemed.
Each JAE Branch is independently owned and operated and a separate legal entity, separate and distinct to JAE Group Incorporated.
These terms and conditions apply to all Promotions offered by any independent JAE branch within New Zealand.
Any Promotion made by a JAE branch through any social media platform is in no way connected to that social media platform provider, and that provider is not liable for the Promotion in any way.
If the Promotion is a giveaway, then winner will be chosen as per the advertised arrangement. If no such arrangement is advertised, then the winner will be drawn at random by the advertising JAE branch. The winner will then be contacted directly by the JAE branch within one week of the draw. If the winner cannot within one week of the draw being held, either by phone or by email, then the prize will be re-drawn until a winner is found. The branch offering the Promotion, and the JAE Group Incorporated accept no liability from any injury or accident that may arise from the person/entity using/accepting the Promotion won.
Any personal information collected by the JAE branch as part of the Promotion will be held and used in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020.
The JAE branch reserves the right to request any prize winners to provide proof of identity, proof of residency at the nominated prize delivery address and/or proof of entry validity. In the event that such proof is not provided by the prize winner, is not received by the JAE branch within a reasonable time or is not satisfactory to the JAE branch, then that prize winner shall forfeit their rights to the prize.
All decisions made by the JAE branch are final with respect to all matters relating to any Promotion and no further correspondence or discussions will be entered into.
The JAE branch reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel the terms and conditions for a Promotion at any time.
Except for liability that may not by law be excluded, the JAE branch and JAE Group Incorporated will not be liable for any loss, claim, cost, expense, liability or injury suffered by any person in any way associated with any Promotion or for any prizes.
All Promotions are bound by the laws of New Zealand and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
Any discount, promotion, giveaway offered by the JAE Group Incorporated will be satisfied by a nominated JAE branch and subject to the same terms and conditions as stated above.
