Following the advice of the Ministry of Health, JAE nationwide will be shutting down some of its non-essential services. We are taking these steps as part of our commitment to support our communities nationwide and the eradication of COVID-19.

Essential Emergency Services

Some of our core restoration services that are considered essential will still be available during this period of shut down. Essential services are defined as any restoration service required to mitigate flood and fire damage to buildings or dwellings in order to protect the health and safety of the New Zealand public.

If you require emergency restoration services, please call 0800 225 552 for the fastest response.
